Hi, babes! I know I haven't been blogging much lately but that is because I have been filming like crazy as well as getting everything together before I leave for my trip to Bali! However, that's not what this post is about! This post is about how I have decided to become somewhat of a health nut. Because of this, I have been cooking a lot. I like to cook my own food so that I know exactly what my body is consuming. I made this recipe about a week ago and I absolutely loved it. It also provided me with lunch for the entire week for only $5 (I bought everything at Trader Joe's). I first tried spaghetti squash with marinara sauce at the Erewhon Market here in LA. The Erewhon Market is a dream come true for people who like to eat healthy because the market only sells products and meals that range on a healthy food scale. However, the market is crazy expensive. I eat there on occasion so I can try new recipes to make sure that I like them before I buy the ingredients. So, since I have made this great little discovery about one of my new favorite foods, I wanted to share it with my babes who might be trying to eat a little healthier. I have included the recipe and I have added pictures to help you along if you decide to make this for yourself!
Enjoy, loves!
